It's really simple:

Step 1 : ask a loved one to write the word/words of your choice, or find the words on a card or note they've given you (preferably on plain white paper, but no worries if this isn't possible)

Step 2 : choose the bag and thread colours and put your order through. Should you not see the thread colour you would like in the options below please write it in the box below.

Step 3 : take a picture of the writing or scan the paper. Send the image over to boo@bobandboo.com using your order reference in the email.

Step 4 : sit back, relax and wait for your new favourite, or perfect gift to arrive.

You can send me anything - handwriting, from whomever is special to you; whether it’s a special phrase, a favourite saying, a name, a message or lyrics that mean something to you. I’ll carefully recreate their handwriting through hand embroidery, preserving those precious little letters exactly as they were written.
